Please check with your local USPS Office to see if they offer this option. Shipping Service: We primarily use UPS and DHL, which can sometimes coincide with USPS, as well as USPS and FedEx. Our shipping department makes the decision of which service to use based on the weight of the package and the contents. Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Address Change: Please be sure your address is listed correctly in both eBay and PayPal prior to making a purchase. Damaged During Transit: If your item arrives damaged – do not discard! The best way to receive a refund is to take pictures of the damage and send them to us.
