Comes exactly as shown. Some surface wear and scratches, rust spots, etc AS SHOWN. The wheel on one side the outer layer is pulling off, and the other side the plastic is cracked as well IT STILL WORKS FINE. it’s not super noticeable but OBVIOUSLY it’s not going to roll smoothly like it would normally. Tested. there are obvious signs of wear and rust and such but overall working and decent shape. Serial number sticker added to prevent return fraud and part swapping.
