Brand New Genuine Dyson DC59 Animal Motor & Body Part # 965774-02 Part is for reference only, item will come as pictured. New display model, item had a rivet that has been removed and there is a hole on the handle please see picture # 3, the hole doesn’t affect the functionality of the motor. Please see picture # 5 this motor is only compatible with the units that have the cleaner head on the photo shown. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE: Please make sure to trouble shoot your motor and verify it is not working. In many cases we find that it’s just the battery or charger that needs to be replaced. If your motor is only running for 3 seconds or so and then shuts off that indicates it is the battery and not your motor. Either your charger is not properly charging your battery or most likely the battery is just bad. Most times the battery will go bad before the motor will burn out. If it is indeed your motor that has burned out then please go ahead and make your purchase. But please know that we test all of the motors we sell before we ship them out and they are all working 100%. If you buy this motor and it does something similar to what your other motor was doing and it does not fix your vacuum then please understand it is not our motor but the battery or something else that has gone bad.
