it does have some scuffs and scratches but only cosmetic, in good working condition, rotating brush is clean, internal components look clean, comes with handheld attachment and 10 replacement bags, headlight and indicator light do not come on, and the red latch that holds in the upright position does not stay locked, other than that this is a good working vacuum cleaner, buying as is, message with questions thanks this will be disassembled for packaging and shipping purposes
