It has been polished and buffed and thoroughly cleaned inside and out so you can be assured that you are bringing nothing into your home except clean.The outer cloth bag has been laundered, with a new HEPA bag installed.There is no way to thoroughly clean a kirby without opening the impeller chamber so we change the impeller while we are in there, insuring 100% suction. Kirbys pull air through the motor, so while we are in there inspecting, everything is cleaned to ensure nothing is vented into your home.IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION ABOUT ANY PARTS OR COMPONENTS IN OUR MACHINES DURING INSPECTION, THEY ARE CHANGED TO ENSURE NEW QUALITY.The only way to own a higher quality clean Kirby than ours is to buy new.
